so I bought this MacBook like literally few days ago. then I use a silicone keyboard cover and a MacBook case. after just one day, when I tried to download some apps on the App Store then I realized that my keyboard gets hot especially the keyboard top part and the gap between the screen and the keyboard. its so weird because then I turned it off and even though I didn’t open any apps or connect to the internet it still gets hot. is there something wrong with my MacBook because its brand new and its unlikely gets hot very quickly. but the fan hasn’t turned on but if you touch It with your finger, it feels warm. and I use MacOS Mojave. can anyone help me thank you
Take the keyboard cover and case cover off and see if the problem persists. If so, take it back in. Personally I would ask for an exchange rather than a repair. Its not tg pro but its similar. i was only browsing the web when the computer gave me those readings.
