Hi, My mid-2010 MacBook is starting to overheat, and according to the temperature sensors, the CPU is hitting 100+ degrees Fahrenheit. I ran the AHT, and it can’t get past the RAM test without locking up. Is my heatsink damaged, or is the motherboard FUBAR? Thanks!
