Chosen Solution
I have 49UJ651v LG TV. the dark side was the half down of the screen if I keep the TV On for around 5 minutes the light comes back it’s not too dark but it’s darker than the upper half but sometimes the upper half goes dark and the down half is normal. My solution was just to wait around 5 minutes then it’s all normal again. This kept happening for 1 year until now the screen is all dark not too bad but it’s darker than normal.
I read it’s a backlight issue and I need to buy a replacement for the led strips I opened the back of the screen but I don’t know any thing. I recorded every thing inside so I don’t open it again.
This was the name inside the TV LC490DGG(FK)(M4).

#11/Dec/2020 Edit: No clue about what’s the problem. It’s Either backlights or power, I think it’s backlight so I watched some videos about replacing the Led strips. I practiced how to tear down a tv on a broken tv I had. I ordered backlights from Aliexpress. I will try it when the order arrives. And I will update you. #22/Dec/2020 Edit: Fixed it by replacing the backlight strips. :)
22-December-2020: I got the led replacement and I replace it and it worked :) but a small dot in screen showed up. Not a big deal but do you know guys why the small black dot appeared? these pictures after the replacement.
