When I press in the keys, the device does not respond.

  1. Make sure the device is powered on.
  2. Make sure nothing is obstructing the connection point between the keyboard and tablet.
  3. Press different keys. Perhaps, not all the keys work. To find out how to replace keys check out the troubleshooting guide here.

There’s also an on/off switch near the lower right side that can easily be pressed and cause the keyboard not to operate until it is powered back on again.
