The machine boots up but only the o key is working. I can’t type in my password to see if anything else is not working.
Jennifer Hunt, try a USB keyboard to check the rest of your computer. If all that works consider replacing your keyboard (you have to remove like 50 screws to get it from the upper case) or replace the complete upper case. Here is the guide for it. This video will show you how to replace the keyboard.
