This panic log is giving the error that the phone is not getting check ins from particular sensors: TG0B and PRS0. TG0B is a battery sensor and PRS0 is the barometer. This could be the result of a few things, but generally it seems to be an issue with the dock flex (the cable assembly the charge port is part of). I would start with replacing that, generally a high quality or OEM part is best. I have heard many people having similar issues with sub-par replacements.
