I tried to erase all the info on my iPhone but it’s still on the erase screen and it hasn’t moved at all what should I do??
I would wait a while to see if it continues with the process. If it doesn’t, you could try a hard reset: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.Press and hold the Side button (aka power) until you see the Apple logo.
Plug the device into a computer that has itunes open. If the problem does not resolve restart the device in recovery mode
