I want to know what is the problem with my iPhone. When ever I try to power on my iPhone it shows apple logo and goes off! I tried connecting it to my laptop for recovery my iTunes shows that your phone is off! I don’t know what is the deal with it? Please help me out!
Start by doing a hard reset. Hold home and power until the Apple logo appears. Does your phone boot all the way up? If not: Connect your phone to your computer. Hold down the power button for 5 seconds, then while still holding the power button, press and hold the home button for an additional 15 seconds. Once the apple logo appears, release the power button and continue to hold the home button until the “connect to iTunes” appears. Follow the iTunes prompts and report back.
Try to connect it to the computer and when U see the Apple logo, press home and power buttons together to restart ur phone , then try to open itunes and do like update or restore. If not:maybe it’s the same problem that happened to me 2 weeks ago, my iPhone 5 was showing the apple logo then the itunes cable (like recovery mode) I tried alot things but it was stuck to the itunes cable then I just replaced the battery and it turned on with no problem.
