My iPhone 6 screen is popping out of the silver part of the phone also this is causeing indentations on my screen which look like small dots they are a blueish white also my phone keeps randomly crashing and then restarting my phone is only 9months old so I don’t know what to do with it can any one tell me what’s wrong and how can I fix it? I’ve already tried just pressing it closed and it works (other than the dots on my screen) until I stop pressing it together then it just springs apart again.
You should post a picture of your phone when things are popped out, especially from the side. It sounds like you have an inflated (or swelling) battery. It’s a pretty common symptom of old batteries that are pas their best before date. To be certain, use a battery utility, such as coconutBattery (for Mac) or 3uTools (for Windows). Anything less than 70% of design capacity will require replacement.
