I was on Facebook and hit my power button to turn it off and the screen changed colors like a faded and blurry color on my lock screen picture. It won’t power all the way off and won’t work when I emoticon the screen. What and I supposed to do?
Try performing a hard reset by holding the power button and the home button for ~10 seconds.
