My iphone has been charging to 100% all day and as i went home to charge my phone again, it was chargin stuck at 18%, so i waited a little till it was at 26-27% but it wasn’t changing at all’ it was stuck on it the entire time and i dont know what to do, my phone is my life i dont have water damage on it and now my phone is stuck on something for a bit then it drops Please help me Theres no damage to the phone
The first thing to check is the condition of the battery. Use a battery utility, such as coconutBattery (for Mac) or 3uTools (for Windows). It will tell you what the health of the battery is. Anything less than 70% of design capacity will require replacement. If the battery is fine, then you should do a proper backup while you still can and consider having the phone looked at by a repair shop.
