Why is my GoPro Hero 5 keeps on hang, can’t review the pictures even if I have it connect on my Phone, still displays on “Loading” only until it is batter empty.
If your camera is currently frozen, try to reset the camera by holding the MODE button for 10 seconds (hold the top SHUTTER button on the HERO Session / HERO4 Session). Should the camera not prompt a reset, remove and then reinsert the battery to get it unstuck (for cameras with integrated batteries, Step 1 will imitate a battery pull). Make sure you have the most current software on your camera.
Hello, I used to have the same problem and I solved by changing the micro SD card. I had a Samsung one that was giving me lots of issues. I hope it helps. Regards Ricardo
Still, not prompt a reset. Even if its connected to phone to view the pictures easy. We need to remove the bat just to reset it or turn it off.
That sucks though. Is there some simple troubleshooting or tricks to fix this? Im sure their support will have something to say about the issue. Before buying an action camera, I make sure they have good support.
