Just replaced my LCD screen and digitizer assembly. I note the following things. When I turn on the screen it turns on but starts dark and then brightens. I have checked all connections and connectors (pics attached). However the digitizer does not work. I noted from reviews of this product from this seller that the digitizer not working was a common issue. Did I just get a bad part?
It may very well be you received a faulty replacement..the connectors in the pictures look clean and shiny. Check them also on lcd side to see everything is fine and if your old screen was still functional you can reinstall that one temporarily to make sure it’s not a phone issue.
