Chosen Solution
For some reason, my PS4 controller has the unfortunate problem oh just choosing to have a either a upward or left ward drift. If I, Let’s say, turn off the control via the PS4, then the Problem disappears for a little while. What permanent fix in the hardware can I do to fix it?
Hi, Your issue is your joy stick needs replaced. You will need Soldering iron, wick, flux, and leaded solder. This job is not something most people will want to tackle. Best to find someone to solder it or purchase a new one.
