i want to know what to do with my battery not accepting the memory card
Hi, Have you tried reading or formatting the memory card that you have in a card reader connected to a computer? Have you tried a different compatible memory card in the camera? What type and size memory card are you trying to use? These are the types of cards supported by the camera: Memory Stick PRO Duo media, Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo media, Memory Stick Duo media, (Memory Stick Duo media of up to 32 GB) SD memory card, SDHC memory card and SDXC memory card. (>Class 4) (SD cards of up to 64 GB) A MultiMediaCard cannot be used. Update (04/27/2017) Hi, You can use the same type of memory cards in a Canon DSC TX-10 Here is an image taken from the User Guide which may be of some help.
