Help! I just got my new lenovo tab 2 a10-30 just today, it was a gift and it’s from saudi arabia. It’s brand new and sealed when i unbox it and turn it on there’s a sound but no display shown (no lenovo logo), it has light but black out. I tried to charge for a while and restart it by long press at the power botton but still the same. Don’t know what’s wrong, it from overseas so i don’t have warranty here. I need help please

Hi, Try a hard reset on your Tab 2 As yours is a new device, make sure that the battery is charged before you do this. It may have been in a warehouse for a while before you got it so the battery may be quite low. Be patient and give it at least a couple of hours worth of charge if not more. Do not perform a hard reset with the charger connected to the Tab. there are lots of frantic posts about Lenovo A10 boot loop issues. I have just bought one and have the same problem, after an Android upgrade. Your advice to charge tablet and wait a while is being applied. Update (12/10/2016) is there a charge light on the Lenovo A10-30 tablet?
