Chosen Solution
I’ve got a JBL Go. Pretty old I know, but it does the job and I never wanted anything more or bigger. Recently it’s been bugging out occasionally where after turning it on and it connects to my laptop, the audio plays for say, 5 seconds before it mutes The speaker itself is still on and connectedWhatever is playing on my laptop (music file, youtube video, video file, etc) still continues to progress normally and doesn’t pauseProblem occurs even after recently charged This is resolved temporarily after I remove the speaker from the bluetooth devices list and reconnect it, but around 3 days later it’ll happen again, even with factory reset. Is there a way to resolve this permanently that doesn’t boil down to buying a new one? (Though if I have to send it to a workshop for repairs, I wager it’d be cheaper to buy a new one)

I’d try to connect it to a different device (laptop etc.) and see if that makes a difference. Also, try to reinstall the drivers for your OS and see if that changes things.
