Chosen Solution
To begin with, my computer froze(which was another entirely different problem). I took the battery in and out, and then power washed my Chromebook, and my computer didn’t freeze. But then, I found out that my computer would only work if it was plugged in, which is a big problem. The battery appears to be plugged in all the way, but it is either damaged or I’m missing something. If there is any way to do this without calling a worker for doing it a lot of money please tell me. Even if it’s showing me a youtube video, because this computer is pretty much how I do all my schoolwork.
There was no problem with the battery. The place where you inserted the battery, there was a bent receptor. All you had to do was straighten it out and it worked like a charm.
Probably dead battery meaning you will have to replace the battery. Which are around 30-40 on ebay
