I recently installed a new battery in my Early-2013 MBP that I bought from ifixit.com and followed the instructions on this site. After the battery replacement, everything seems to work fine. The battery was charging normally, and it showed about 10-12 cycles in Coconut Battery. I went on a vacation for three weeks, during which the Mac was kept in sleep mode. After I retuned, I opened my MBP to find that the battery was no longer charging. I am getting a “Condition: Replace Now” notification in the menu. Also, see attached Coconut Battery screenshot. What might have gone wrong? How can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

It’s always a bad idea to let these modern batteries drain completely and that’s what happened with letting the Mac in sleep mode instead of turning it off. However, even if completely discharged, a new battery shouldn’t stop working and behave as a years old one. Ask for replacement enclosing the screenshot you posted, not much else to be done.
