I dropped my tablet today on the carpet. I have dropped my tablet before and similar things have happened but when i picked it up it would not turn back on, it would only glow when I attempted and when I turned it off it would stop. Please help I’m really confused and not sure what I need to do.
Hi @escapism , The fall may have damaged something in the tablet. The only way to check is to open the tablet and inspect it for any visible damage such as a cracked pcb, loose cable connectors or loose or broken components.
