I am told this phone is crap, it has too many apps that I cannot delete, also telling me I have not enough storage when i have no files on and very few pictures.
See if you are running Android 6.0 or newer. If you are, try putting an SD card in the phone, and format the SD card as “storage” What this does is combine the SD card with the phone’s store into one so you wont look like you are running out of space. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-RkqTvK…
