I replaced my screen today with a screen I bought from Ifixit, and when I powered it on everything seemed fine, but I noticed that my 3D Touch is too sensitive. I played around with the settings but no luck. 3D Touch is being activated simply from my finger touching the screen. I uninstalled the screen and reinstalled it but it doesn’t change a thing. Could it be that I have received a faulty screen?
Sounds like a defective screen, even the aftermarket ones should not do that if it is a good quality supplier. Contact iFixit for a replacement. They should be more than happy to help you out with that.
