2 yr old microwave throws a breaker? Why?
Hi Julia, any abnormalities when using before it happened ? https://www.sos-parts.com/microwave-trip… There are some possible causes why this will happens, e.g. faulty door switch, faulty magnetron …. bad capacitor, HV diode etc … do note that working inside microwave oven, involves with high voltages, if unsure, consult someone who know about this. it can be lethal if you are unsure what to do.
My guess is you have a short in the system. The problem is microwaves usually aren’t that expensive to replace and they aren’t worth fixing unless you have a higher built in one.
