Whenever, I select my preferred network as 3G/4G, my sim card goes off, and loses network, but if I select 2G, the network will be on. Does it mean that my phone does not support 3G, after it was boldly written and advertised, that it supports it. Please I need help.

Hi, Have you checked that you have a 3G/4G SIM card installed and not an old 2G SIM card? Do you have 3G/4G in your location? If you can, try a known working on 3G/4G SIM card compatible with your network and see if it works in your phone.
