How do i fix this problem? ive tried restarting it but it doesnt work at all.
Did this just happen suddenly or has the iPad been dropped, previously repaired or came into contact with water recently? Based on what little info you gave us, it sounds like a defective digitizer. It can be replaced by ordering this part and following this guide.
Hello, so sorry to hear about the problem your having. I highly suggest you to try a new digitizer replacement for the iPad. That is most likely your issue.
