so yesterday i was at space camp and after breakfast i had my iphone 6 in my hand then somebody shoved me and my phone fell on the floor. since about 9:50ish AM yesterday whenever i get, for instance, a text or call, my phone vibrates, flashes, and the ringtone goes off, but my screen won’t turn on. now i can press the lock button then the screen turns like a navyish blue, then when i press it again, it goes black. i just got this phone from my sister (which had it for about 2 years) so i can’t go to the apple store and get a new one. also, my home button does really work. tough luck! please help me on this!!!!
Sounds like you may have damaged the screen when the phone dropped. This is a repair you could try yourself. Check out this guide to see if you are comfortable with the necessary actions. If not you could bring it to a third-party repair shop to have them take a look at it. The button issue could be related to the drop as well. If the Home button is damaged though, the only way to retain TouchID is to have Apple do the repair.
