Hi, I have a problem with this system, the five sate-light speakers are working, but the bass is not working.what could be the problem? Thank you Mboloma

Hi, Have you connected the powered sub woofer to the centre unit with the supplied cable? Have you connected the power supply to the centre unit and the powered sub woofer?
