Solved Why I Could See A Lot Of Horizontal Lines In My Screen Retina Macbook 2015

Hello guys, I have this Macbook 2015 and all of a sudden some lines start appearing on the screen from nowhere and the machine got frozen and shuted down. that happened from the chime like 2 minutes after. yesterday I could enter pressing

cmd + S and I could see the user info but then the laptop shuted down again without the lines on the screen and then didnt want to turn on. I would appreciate your help.
