I need help my Lenovo have a problem I put in my password and I wait a long time and I got in then the right hand side corner says that cannot login user and says I need to check something but I can’t use the power shutdown switch in there or even general and I tried a few time to restart it and every time when I got in it just says cannot login user and computer will restart in 1 minute
Are we dealing with a laptop or tablet ? Either way we want to clear the boot memory to get a clean start up so to do this we want to drain all power from the device . . If were on a laptop remove the battery and power cord and once you ’ve do this then hold the power button down for 60 seconds . Then replace the battery and restart the computer . If your battery is internal then just remove the ram from the laptop and leave it out for a few moments. This will allow for a clean boot If its a tablet then simply disconnect the battery for 5 minutes or so. This will do the same thing . If this brings no joy then lets boot into safe mode and see if were dealing with a computer virus . for this I will need to know the exact make and model of laptop or tablet .
