Hello i have a problem with my s4 mini the problem is that i have a keyboard in my screen if it is on home or in a app it is amways there i have also factory reset the device but no luck and the warranty is void because this phone is more than 2 years old can someone help me?
I think you need to restore the system software by using either Samsung kies or downloaded firmware from sammobile with the phone plugged in and booted into download mode with the application called Odin to flash the firmware onto the phone. Instructions on how to do so are on the firmware download pages from sammobile website. Make sure you download the correct one for your phone model number.
