I dropped my phone and the screen has cracked but also I have loads of muli coloured lines across it so its now un able to be used.
chloe, you did not tell us what make and model your phone is. From your description it sounds like you have a broken LCD. You need to repalce the LCD display to repair your phone
It sounds like you would have a broken LCD or digitiser, i would assume its a phone, laptop, tablet or such?
