My nutribullet was working fine, but then one day the motor sounded like it was working on half speed/low intensity and failed to chop/blend anything. I have given the unit a clean, but to no avail.
kate oliver, disassemble it and check the wiring to the motor as well as the thermal fuse. It is possible that you have a shortened wire in the motor winding. Check the tabs on the cup you’re using. One of the tabs broke off of one of our cups and we thought the Nutribullet was broken. Once we tried a new cup it worked fine.
This is how I fixed my Nutribullet standard magic bullet when it completely stopped working-no motor sound, quiet and dead. i manually tried to turn the black rubber circle thing that’s on the lid, the thing that spins the blades. It wouldn’t budge, so I realized I had something frozen lodge or maybe overfilled. I remove some of the contents and poured a little more of my liquid, IT WORKED!!!
It started working for like .5 seconds and then it stopped. I figured it was too much in the cup so I poured like half of it in a different cup to blend after now it won’t work at all. I tried plugging it into different outlets around the house but it’s still not working. Nothings clogged in there or frozen in there everything was able to spin when I touched it manually but it’s just not working. Ps. This is my moms nutra bullet…. help me.
