Had the same issue! Mine was a simple door malfunction. I unplugged the washer power cord; plugged it back in. Then I opened and closed the door a couple of times and turned it back on. Seems to be working fine now. Good luck!
I already follow your instructions to unplug the power cord from the outlet for 10 minutes and nothing happened.
