hello, just recently, i noticed that my galaxy note 3 sensors are not working anymore. i run the HWmoduletest (#0#) and found the sensors stopped. i have tried factory reset but it’s not working. is this hardware issue by any chance? and so, is there any way to fix it??

Mera phone A7 hai aur call karne par on off nahi hota hai jo ki kisi jig me tuch hone se off ho jana chahiye and vibrate nahi kata hai
