This is a new DVD player. We watched one or two DVDs then it quit working. It will not load. You can hear it spinning but when you push play Nothing pops up on the TV. It has an exclamation point in a yellow triangle or box that says not available
Test with another DVD Disk, it it fails, consider sending in for repair / replacement, since you mentioned it is new.
May be the CD is durty or the eye DVD been damaged by touching hand just try to clean with soft tissue otherwise buy new one
