I have a Google Nexus S with T-Mobile as my carrier. The problem is that the phone doesn’t always ring when calls come in. All other notifications work (including vibrate) and it doesn’t matter is I change ringtones, etc. The “failure to ring” seems random but sometimes happens on the first call I receive during the day. Help?
Hi Libby. I’d be happy to help out. First of all, is the phone rooted? Are you running a custom ROM or a stock ROM? It sounds like its most likely a software issue.
My Samsung SGH A887 does not ring. I looked and it is in the normal mode. Can you help me with this?
