My phone won’t charge unless it’s turned off
Hi, What are the specifications of the charger that you are using? It should be written/stamped on it. Look for output values, especially the mAH or A rating. If you are charging the phone using a PC’s USB port, be aware the while it can charge the phone it cannot both run the phone and charge it at the same time, as it only can supply 500mA (0.5A) of current. To prove whether the first charger is faulty or not (If you are using a wall outlet charger), if possible try another compatible phone charger (with a rated output of not less than 700mA (0.7A) and see if it can run the phone as well as charge it, Also do you have the GPS feature and WiFi feature enabled? If so, unless you need them, disable them as they both use a lot of power
