I turn tv on with remote and It turns off in about 5 seconds when I unplug and try again does same thing. I hear a faint click sound seems toward lower right side facing screen.
janna maillelle sounds like an issues with the power board. You want to let us know what model your TV is so we can see if there are common issues with it. After that, unplug your set and remove the back cover. Check all the boards for obvious damage like leaking, domed caps or burned looking components.
