This question speaks for others with this issue. Their CHiP’s head turns until it makes loud clicking sounds. It does not usually fix after recalibration. This is a question asked so that people can get my answer for it, and my CHiP does not have this problem.

I think that this is caused by a loose or damaged potentiometer inside CHiP’s head. It may also be miscalibrated. This may also happen if a power glitch is activated and an accessory connected (which I actually requested a fix for at the WowWee website).
