Sometimes the screen in my watch randomly turns off (and will not turn back on), or sometimes it will not even turn on at all. If I shake the watch, it will then turn back sometimes. Why is this happening?

The ribbon cable for the display might have come loose. Follow the display repair guide to disassemble your Garmin Fenix 2 and verify the cable is seated correctly. If the cable is seated correctly you will need to replace your display.
