Sometimes my Galaxy Tab’s screen will hang. I try to turn off, but it doesn’t work. I bought it less than a week ago, but I’m already having problems with it. I charge it for only 3 hours at a time and make sure that it already has a drained battery before charging.
When your tablet hangs, just connect it to your computer or laptop with a USB cable and hold the power button. It will reboot automatically.
If the Tab hangs, press & hold down the Volume Up & Power On/Off buttons together, till the Tab shuts down…
CPress power button and volume down button at the same time. And hold for long time (30 sec for me). It will restart again. Good luck.
if it is not working,then let it go and finish all of its charge so that it can close.then u put on charge and after it refills open tab and delete the app that made it and some other few for no other problems…
In case the Tablet is hung up and not responding to any command including shut off .
- Please press and hold the shut off or power off button for a long (may be three to five minutes or more ) The tab shall shut off and now you can start it again This I tried on mine and was sucessful
if nothing work for you then press power key + volume key (Note: volume key not in upper or lower end but in centre) tap both key once and then press both for long time within 2 minutes tablate will restart It worked for me. Try once may be it will work for you too.
Tried everything suggested on my Tab 3 that was hanging at Samsung, fianlly long hold of power and up volume brought up menu that I finally did a sytem rest after trying all the other choices, it restoreed my Tab 3 to working.
Hy man ,my best answer is this that you should press power key for a long time,and then it may start,or else you should press volume and power key both for ten second after ten seconds release volume key and press power key for more ten second,i am sure it will work
connect samsung tab to the laptop or pc using ur data cable…… press volume down key and power key together for some minute…. around 1-2 mins…. this shud reboot ur tab and problem shud b solved…
