Chosen Solution

There is spillage coming from my NutriBullet.

Try tightening the cup tighter to the base. If it continues to leak, you can easily slide off the rubber seal and replace it with a new one to create a new and lasting seal. If your Magic Bullet NutriBullet continues to leak, see the NutriBullet Leaks problem page for possible causes and solutions.

It shouldn’t leak. It does! The problem is with the design. Turn something with liquid in it upside down with only a screw cap to seal it (and believe me, I’ve screwed it on as hard as I can) and apply a very strong force - the motor - it’s going to leak. This is a design fault. Unless Nutribullet come up with a better closing device, the obvious will occur! I have tried it every way - smaller and smaller amounts of fruit/veg/water etc. etc….. Smaller amounts leak less, but they then don’t give enough yield. So you have to make up 3-4 batches and still have to try to clean out the machine. This is not satisfactory in this age! We went to the moon in the 1960s and the space agey looking nutribullet cant produce a leak free drink???? It seems not to be fit for the purpose it was designed for. The thing that sells this piece of equipment is it’s very, very sexy. Beautifully designed and packaged, but what use is attractive form without equally attractive function? Problem is put the screw cap at the top - the right way up, and it looks pretty much like any other blender! And just about any other blender that has a motor from 600 - 900 watt (and you can get them - check it out online) can do the job as well and have longer running times if needed. I will be contacting Capbran Holdings to try and resolve the leaking issue, but from what Im reading online i dont hold out much hope! Wouldn’t buy one again and would recommend to a friend that they get a good quality blender/liquidiser with a strong motor. It’ll do the same job without the mess! Nowhere Girl.

A simple fix worked for me. Put a drop of vegetable oil on the tip of your finger and rub it around the lip of the container , not on the threads just on the lip, put on the lid, spin it up, no leaks.

We had Christmas two weeks early I brought this thing home took it out of the box plugged it in and tried to juice with it and the juice came out of the bottom of this thing and made a humongous freaking mess all over the thing I guess I was distracted by the noise it made when you turn it on. I took the machine apart as much as I could and tried it again a couple days later and the Machine still leaks severely from inside where the motor is out of the bottom of it I thought I had the machine clean the first time after I used it but I guess not made my whole apartment smell like for minted rotted wine because the machine didn’t get clean the first time I used it. I tried contacting Google I have tried looking at videos on YouTube I’ve tried watching videos on QVC and nobody can tell me why this thing leaks all of the juice out of it. What’s worse than that you ask now the thing won’t even power on. What a waste of energy. I plan on returning this it came from and never messing with QVC again. Have you tried to reach the customer service. I’m just trying to figure out how to take this thing apart to try to clean the rotten fruit out of it that’s on the inside of it where the motor is and nobody can tell me how to disassemble this thing nobody can tell me where it’s leaking. I would try to call the company that made this thing but I don’t have time to push a bunch of buttons for an automated teller to direct me to someone that doesn’t know anything about it so they can direct me to someone that’s not there or that person direct me to someone that thinks they know something about it so they’ll direct me to someone else who will tell me to leave a phone number or email address so I can get a random call sometime in the future after I’ve completely forgot about this thing and tried to get it off of my mind. I am sorry I am just so frustrated with this machine. Only to look at my voicemail and see that this company called me and I didn’t recognize the number and didn’t answer it and repeat the whole process again it’s not worth it to me. I know kids that go to college that don’t put the effort into trying to figure out how something works the way I have done I have literally spent hours trying to figure out why my juicer pro is leaking what I have to do to disassemble it to clean out all the rotten fruit from inside of it and now the thing won’t even turn on. I will never buy a Nutribullet from QVC again if I do it will be from Walmart and it will be returned before my 90 days is up and exchange for another one or I’ll receive another 90 days and I’ll just keep doing that. As long as I don’t have to try to reach out to customer service to try to talk to somebody about a product that just came out that no one knows anything about. I can guess what’s wrong with this thing myself and my guess is it’s junk so when I need my money back from the one I’ll buy at Walmart I’ll stop exchanging it for a new one and I’ll get my money back but I am not going to keep hold of something that I’ll only use four or five times a week only and I have to go out and buy another one when this one stops working LOL it just don’t make any sense to keep hold of something that you cant depend on. Or try to contact customer service about an item they don’t know anything about. Watch the women on the QVC video on YouTube. This thing is so great it’ll juice any fruit or vegetables up unfortunately we’ve never used it before and don’t understand completely how it works LOL
