I’ve had the NABI Big Tab for about 6 months and it just started restarting if self after running for about 2 mins. I have done several factory resets and that has not fixed the problem. Please help!!
Hi @rytomlin , There is a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on the tablet. Consult the warranty statement as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair, replacement or refund. Opening the tablet to look for a possible cause of the problem will void the warranty
