It powers up and the logo turns on but nothing else the light next to the power light is blinking three times

Try to enter the BIOS via function key: Turn the PC off.Turn the PC on.The PC screen displays the Lenovo logo.Immediately and repeatedly press (Fn+) F2 or just F2. Accessing the BIOS may take multiple attempts.Once in BIOS/UEFI note settings, especially for hard drive boot, and then set to default settings. Did that fix it?
