The wash cycle is 45 minutes. But the last few days, it takes almost two hours to do a load because it stays on spin for an hour. I do not get any error codes, just doesn’t quit. Sometimes clothes are really wet after too. So then we have to do a drain /spin cycle again.
My best bet would be that something sucked into the drain outlet hole in the outer tub. If you think that may be it you need to remove the hose from the bottom of the outer tank (remove the front) and try to remove whatever is lodged. Sometimes it can’t be done this way and the inner tub would have to come out too. That is a call to the service tech.
