Chosen Solution
Off and on while I am using the computer, if I am off-line for a bit and try to return, I get message “Safari cannot be opened while it is being updated”. I have searched for a solution but they all say to go to Safari menu and click on “Reset Safari” but my Safari menu doesn’t give that option and I can’t find it anywhere. I have 9.0.2 Safari. 10.10.5 OS X Yosemite.
