Chosen Solution
When I try to move the indicatory across the screen it is either jumpy or doesn’t move at all. I have to press my finger down hard on the trackpad to get any response. I’ve tried to restart my computer and do a reinstall on my hard drive but it doesn’t seem to do me any good the problem has stayed the same for about a month now. Any help would be awesome.
You may just need to go into the trackpad settings and adjust the sensitivity or you may need to reload the drivers . does the laptop work ok with a usb mouse attached?
