I have been struggling with my phone freezing up and I have done numerous things suggested here to correct it with only temporary success. I am wondering now if it could be related to my Wi-Fi constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. I have rebooted my internet modem. I have recently replaced my battery. I am not having this problem on my laptop. Thanks.
Try installing the app “WiFi manager” from the play store. I bet, and I hope, this will fix it.
