So the last trans and this trans my truck has bucked only when its in overdrive. The trans i have now is brank spankin new and still does it. i changed The bad knock sensor and a few other odd parts. Any other idea what it could be that causes this?
Sounds like a clogged catalic converter. Did you change the plenum plate? Pull the upstream O2 sensor out, secure it. Drive around a bit and see if it improved. If this fixes it you know what it is. Removing the sensor will make it sound like you have a muffler leak, so don’t be concerned about that.
