My son dropped my tablet on our kitchen tile floor. Now it will power up but then if you select something, it blacks out (turns off). If I put it on the charger and then click on something, it’s better but it still turns off (blacks out) after a bit. I think something was knocked loose inside that is telling the tablet that there isn’t any battery power but there is… just my take on it. Help would be greatly appreciated! :)
